Excellent communication, delivery took a bit longer as from EU, but perfect service. Lovely packed.

I bought quite an expensive ladies jumper as a gift for my wife. The particular attraction was tat this item was described and badged as Norwegian. We were both shocked and disappointed to discover that the item was in fact made in China. I have sought resolution with Alpine Trek but they are reticent at best. Not recommended.

I received an item not as described in the picture, I've sent a message through the website and I never received a reply. Very disappointing experience

They use Evri as their courier in the uk. The courier didn’t bother to come to the house to see if someone was in and instead provided a picture of our front gate with a note stating that no one was in. What the picture didn’t show was the massive delivery box they could have delivered it to right by the gate. Absolutely useless.

Good communications concerning transit of product. Arrived very well packaged. Courteous, polite, friendly and efficient plus very competitive prices. I knew I'd have to wait a short while for product as sent from Germany but would still use again for reasons above. Many thanks.

Quality products, great prices. Couldn’t be happier. However, delivery could have been faster or updates better. When I tried to call to find out where my delivery was I couldn’t get through.

Edit: Parcel has finally arrived thankfully. Though I am sad to say that I will not order from Alpinetrek again unless they offer a different courier service.
I have contacted them in the past and suggested giving people the chance to pay for shipping to get a reliable service, but they ignored the suggestion completely.

Parcel should have been in over a week ago. Asked Alpinetrek to check on it, told I would get an update within 24-48 hours. Past the 48hrs now and I have not heard anything

Shipped with Evri sadly. I’m happy to pay for shipping if that means using a more reliable courier.

Will update if it ever arrives.

Ordered a harness, found out it was coming from germany and would not be delivered in time, requested to cancel before it was picked, requested again before it was despatched, and they said they would attempt to recall it….. item was returned/recalled before delivery, but unable to track return, and no refund given despite 2 messages asking for an update. I will avoid this company at all costs.

Order was a good price and delivered within the expected timescales. I placed the order on Saturday and received the delivery on the following Friday.

The whole experience went very smoothly. Trainers were delivered when they said they would. Great price as well and website is informative. Very happy.

I have to say, I was a bit nervous after ordering from this website and then reading these reviews. I did try cancelling my order, because I was worried it would not arrive in time, but was told it was too far through their shipping process to cancel. However, the communication has been excellent and my order arrived as promised. The only complaint I have is that the tracking shows no progress until it has arrived in the UK to their despatch centre, which gives the illusion that nothing is happening, when in fact it is. When it does arrive in the UK, then everything seems to happen very quickly and efficiently. I really have no idea why some people have had bad experiences, but from my own experience, I can't believe it is a problem with the company. 4* because I couldn't cancel and the shipping progress doesn't help

Excellent service very well packaged and purchased for a good price i couldn't be happier I think some people leaving negative reviews need to be a little more patient

Item not delivered!

It has been almost two weeks since I ordered a Patagonia jumper from this company.

The item has still not arrived even though they confirm delivery within 3-5 business days. Granted that the courier is Evri who are notoriously bad but alpinetrek know this and should not be using them or should warn customers before purchase

First time i used this company so I was a bit sceptical but I couldn’t fault my experience and I would use again. The price was competitive and the delivery service was efficient : prompt , kept me informed of delivery and well packaged to prevent any damage.
